Standard Delivery Within Singapore And Malaysia

Orders may take up to 3 full business days to be processed, picked and packed before shipment. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for your order to arrive.

We partner with local logistics service providers to ensure that your orders arrive at your doorsteps promptly.

Delivery on Weekends

No. We do not deliver on weekends. But if you have any urgent requests, please reach us at +65 8939 7788.

Delivery Location Within Singapore

We deliver to Islandwide Singapore except for restricted areas.

Deliveries for our healthcare workers at hospitals? To ensure the safety of our delivery drivers, we will only deliver to the arranged drop-off point for the recipient to pick up. Do inform your recipient in advance so that he/she is aware of this arrangement.

Delivery Charges

For purchases less than $100, standard delivery charges apply as follows:
For normal delivery: S$6

For Malaysia:

For purchases less than RM 150, standard delivery apply as follows:
West Malaysia: RM 8
East Malaysia: Shipping fees fluctuate and are calculated automatically at the checkout page

Shipping outside of Singapore and Malaysia

Currently, we only ship within Singapore and Malaysia. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Amendments & Cancellation Charges
